  The Full-Time Training in Anaheim (FTTA) is one way Brother Lee took to address the need of teaching the truths in an educational way. The Online Full-Time Training (FTTA-OL) conducts the FTTA curriculum completely online, while maintaining thorough consistency with its counterpart. Online learning requires active interaction with the materials, deliberate written responses, and participation from every learner. Additionally, it permits quality feedback for each learner while providing tightly controlled, high-quality instruction. The course week begins on Wednesday (Day One) and ends on the following Tuesday (Day Seven). No work is required or expected on the Lord's Day, but you may submit work if you choose. Each week the course has resources to study and activities to complete which form the base for the week's content. Typically, each week learners are expected to complete the following activities: * Lesson—Based on the resources to study for the week, and to be completed in the first few days of the course week. * Written Fellowship—Participation is 15% of the total grade. Learners are expected to participate on at least four days out of each six-day course week by posting substantive responses to Fellowship Questions (FQ) in the Written Fellowship forum. FQ responses must be at least 100 words and at least one response must be posted within the first two days of each course week. * Weekly Crystallization Statement—Each week learners will create a brief statement that summarizes the week's learning and highlights the main burden for the week. This statement must be at least 250 words and not more than 500 word and must be posted by Day Six. * Quizzes—Each week there is a quiz on the material covered that week. In addition to the required activities above, there are also supplemental resource material (ministry readings, class videos) and an optional Prophecy Submission. Since movement through online material is slower, more thorough, and more interactive, generally a one-term FTTA course translates into two, eight-week online courses. For each eight-week course, you are required to spend a minimum of one hour per day, six days per week interacting with the material; however, to fully enter into the material, the supplemental resources, and to produce substantive responses to the fellowship questions you should expect to spend more than the minimum number of hours each week.
