Because UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) does not take daylight saving time into account, we suggest that learners select a city which they know to be in their timezone. Cities are located in the top portion of the timezone drop-down menu and are arranged by continent/city. For example, if you live in Anaheim, you could select America/Los_Angeles.
